REPOST: I fired a bully yesterday.. Be absolutely clear about who you are and what you stand for. Refuse to compromise. Teach people how you want to be treated by them, that includes people u speak to in email and they ignore you DELETE THEM! not your friend NOT WORTH YOUR TIME....
