Someone really needs to teach teenagers and kids in college BUSINESS and CUSTOMER service skills, especially when they have strong personalities and don't take directions well, they will not succeed in business if they don't take care of the customers and they will be Mom & Pop forever...sad...

I love First lady Obama she has class...she is a lady, Educated, smart, and had her own career before she became first lady..She actually makes sense when she speaks...she is not a nit picker and negative...Some women could stand to learn alot from her..
